    Premium cold sake

Do you end up choosing sake by feeling alone?
Of course you can drink whatever you like, but if you know how to boost your food's flavour with what you drink, don't you think you can enjoy it more?

"White wine is good for fish, red wine is good for meat, expensive sake is good sake"
    This is not always true.

Our sake line up is chosen based on our menu.
We have a sake sampler (1oz of 3 different sakes) available, as well as a sheet detailing each sake, so please feel free to try various sakes and find the best one for your dining experience today.

  • Hot Sake

Did you know why we are using special sake warmer?

"I want it very hot" is what we hear from many customers.

We don't recommend warming sake up to more than 55℃
because the umami will disappear should the sake exceed this temperature. If we use a microwave, because of its characteristic, it will only heat up one part of the sake rapidly.
This causes the sake to lose its flavour.

That is why we are using a warmer designed specifically to warm sake.
We also have another type of warmer that we bring to your table to help keep the sake warm for a long time.
